No Smithies or Healey. Surely both on way out.

Writing was on the wall for Smithies when Day joined.

Jazz Richards has been posting on his instagram. Now, I'm not saying he's not ill but if he's well enough to be out and about, perhaps he's getting sold (or Coxe has been give a chance).

Bogle has at least made the trip. Still think his days are numbered but you never know. No idea what to make of Damour's inclusion. Now in his third season at the club, he's made just 18 league starts. I thought he did ok in the promotion season, especially as a free transfer. Just get the feeling he's a bit exposed now and can't offer anything new or different.

    The squad for USA/Canada:

Joe Day, Neil Etheridge; Joe Bennett, Ciaron Brown, Cameron Coxe, Greg Cunningham, Bruno Manga, Sean Morrison, Curtis Nelson, Lee Peltier; Aaron Bolger, Loic Damour, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Josh Murphy, Joe Ralls, Will Vaulks, James Waite; Omar Bogle, Bobby Decordova-Reid, Danny Ward, Kenneth Zohore.

    The missing:

Sol Bamba and Callum Paterson (injuries), Jazz Richards (illness), Gary Madine and Lee Tomlin (bad boys - no visa), Junior Hoilett and Leandro Bacuna (international call ups), Alex Smithies, Brian Murphy, Matt Connolly and Rhys Healey (the plot thickens)!

Did they send Tomlin and Madine back, or are they being held in the cells at the airport until they pick them up on the way back ?

Why did you pick Ronnie Bird? Did you ever see him play?

Youngster from the Irish League. Think Louth knows more about him.

Oh aye, I vaguely remember reading about him after he was signed on loan.

Excellent photograph of him on that WOL page mind. The massive bulb he's holding behind his back is barely noticeable.

Maybe because a Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush?
