CASHLESS PART 2 !!!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, went to the bank yesterday (Nat West), queue was out the door because the COMPUTER was saying NO

They were asking if people were just paying bills by CASH, would they come to the front of the queue

Apparently they said, the problem with the system was affecting Lloyd’s bank as well.

Can’t wait to see what happens when the computer goes down at CCS !!!!!

Sad thing was, that I had to join the queue as I wanted cash out, before you say use the cash point, THEY WERE OUT OF ORDER AS WELL (part of the same fault)

Got my pocket money for today now though, all I need now is “a day pass out”

Mastercard, Visa, American express I ain't got nothing against no credit cards but the cash is the best.

I used to enjoy my Friday afternoon, pop into town, buy a Jamaican pasty from sainsburys , have a Frappachino from Starbucks, pop into the bank to pay all my cheques in ( sometimes upto 50 of them ) have a chat to the staff i knew, grab a quick coffee of them ( being a business customer ) and home i would go

The the Halifax let me pay them in on the app, so i save myself almost a Fiver and save 1500 calories that day, I did Question the App and them wanting us to all do banking on it, thus closing local banks, but the staff seemed confident the branch would stay open

to be fair, Halifax still get all my cheques ( and my money ), they are slightly better of as i dont have a coffee of them

Its the way forward. Havent tried it but i believe theres an app for a pub think its weatherpoons where u buy your beer and its brought straight to u.

I served a kid in work a few weeks back that was holding his £5 note up to the card machine wondering why is wasn't beeping
