    McKay’s lawyers exuse for him not turning up to court today

    "If he had been ambushed outside this court today it could have severely affected his mental wellbeing," Michael Levy said.

    But this was a case of fraudulently spending large amounts of money (transfer of property) whilst bankrupt - in late 2014.

    How much did that aborted court hearing cost the taxpayers? It seems that McKay can just decide not to turn up with no prior warning and some lame excuse (via his lawyer) on the day and the only consequence is that the date is put back to September!

    He should be charged the full cost of the delay and some!

    He is a walking talking cliché scum agent. What an appalling, poisonous wanker. For him, simply existing should be a criminal offence.
