Wow $3m a year would that be making him the highest paid player? or would he be taking a pay cut to come here?
If that's true, then I'd be surprised if Cardiff matched that type of salary. Would be approximately £50k a week for a striker who has only had one good season in Bundesliga 2.
Just speculating but perhaps there was a clause that his salary would decrease if the club were relegated?
Would certainly be an interesting acquisition if true, as he is no slouch when it comes to pace.
