Information about mascot experiance... help

looking for some information if anyone has done this on here before..... my child is a mascot next week for the luton game and it comes with X3 tickets plus 1 for the child but i would like to purchase another ticket but i am unsure exactly what block /area it would be in so i could get one close by.

Any help would be appreciated! I have spoke to the ticket office last week and they were none the wiser they just said you pick your tickets up on the day.
