League of Gentlemen on Talking Pictures now

No not the series, the classic black and white 50's film with Jack Hawkins

Yes, a great movie. I've seen it before though.
I've got all the movie channels but that's the only one I ever watch.

    Actually April 1960.

Was on Youtube for ages, and watched it several times.

Some cracking older films on Talking Pictures.

It's the only one I watch too. Is this a coincidence or are we one and the same?

Problem is after three months or so you've seen them all. They are on a loop. Strongroom, starring Derren Nesbitt, which was on a few days ago has been shown dozens of times, ditto with League of Gentlemen and many more.

I just discovered Talking Pictures and I've racked up a large number of recordings to watch. Great 1950s and 1960s stuff.

A really enjoyable film with a cast of excellent British film actors. I’ve recorded it. Also agree with comments about the Taliking Pictures channel, some real gems on there. However, there is also quite a bit of dross on there. A few weeks ago I started watching a film in which Mr. Pastry (that dates me) was the lead - it was dreadful

There was a really good Stanley baker film on a while back, where he was a lorry driver. Brilliant film but can't remember the name of it
