Thread: A strong subs bench

    A strong subs bench

This showed yesterday. Warnock was able to bring on players who changed the game.
How often have we said, in the past, that we had noone on the bench to change things? I remember the days when Tarki Micallef was our only possible saviour. Whatever happened to him?

Remember the golden age of The Nutty Sounds of Ninian Park JC ? It`s a bit old for any real updates on Tarki though

Who wrote this ? Did he beat it ?

A world record for eating the most Clarkies in a given time has yet to be set to my knowledge. My record for wolfing down a Hot Large Pie was set a number of years ago just under 2 minutes but the pie was f**king hot.

If you lucky enough a visit a Clarks Pie Shop just before they close see if they have any broken pies they are unbelievably cheap for pies mainly with a crack in or a loose top.

I knew his dad slightly through business. Lovely guy. Guess he's long gone.
    Is Tarki still around Cardiff?

It was just "The Corfu" in Grangetown.
Pretty sure the Corfu by night was in Canton.

They still do them over here in Weston Super Mare area. Had one on the way to the game Saturday. Absolutely lovely! And a Dorothy's Chicken Curry off the Bone + Chips to come home with. A great day of retro!

I remember the crowd shouting to Kenny Hibbitt - "Change it Kenny" - and Kenny looking at the bench, looking at the crowd and shrugging his shoulders with his arms out in a gesture of hopelessness.

    Those were the days.....
