Coaching at our club.

Any thoughts on the quality of coaching at the club? You often hear of players coming on and improving due to coaching. Can't think of many players that have improved while at Cardiff. Mendez-Laing on a good day perhaps? I'm referring to the Slade, Trollope, Warnock era.

Thought came to mind after seeing Kadeem Harris scored again for Sheffield Wednesday last night, he seems to get a mention in most games.
