How time flies .... Joe Ledley

I remember shaking Joe Ledleys hand in Sept 2006 as he sat on a stationary baggage return belt in Prague having just arrived for a game. He was about 17. We lost 2-1 in Teplice?

I remember it well because he looked surprised. I think because I had addressed him as Mr Ledley.

Now he is 31? and clubless.

Such a great player. Hope we get him.

He"s 32, is out of contract, for the second time, & his legs are gone.
I hope we don"t sign him

agreed. Adam Matthew sout of contract and training with Charlton. I couldn't think of a more un-Warnock fullback than Adam.

Peter Whittingham played his last game for Blackburn when he was 33 and has since retired. While he could hardly be described as an energetic midfielder, some would argue his legs had gone a few seasons before he left us when he was 32.
