A good effort by Buttler to hold things together in the final session. Leach needs to be promoted to nine in the order with Archer dropping to ten.

Have to say, for sheer determination alone Leach should be promoted up the order a bit.

Come back Geoff Boycott. Its basically what happens when players with a 50 over mentality try to apply that mentality to a test match.

Aus 5 for 1. Warner out to an edge off Archer which even in.slow motion looked like it had missed the bat.

    Who'd be an umpire

14 for 2. Great catch by that man Stokes.

Going well, as is always the case after we bowl their openers out for jack-all. Let's knock these two over and shoot for the follow-on. Or sit and watch Smith put on a batting masterclass again.

    Yup.
Archer and Curran making it interesting tho and he could well run out of partners.

    Late swing has helped.
    Jofra has been excellent.

My only observation we dont seem to knock the wickets over like Aussie's

Great economy though from Archer and Curran , they worked very hard all day .
