So how many of these "great crosses" have been good enough to lead to even an effort on goal from City because I can't remember any. What I have seen from Whyte on the rare occasions when he has been in a position where he could put over a quality cross is hurried, misdirected and/or overhit efforts that deliver the ball back to the opposition - it's as if he gets over excited when he has a chance to make an impact. I feel sorry for him in lots of ways because he must be better than what he has shown for us so far and I can't help thinking he may be trying too hard.Originally Posted by Igovernor
