Can't you just play the video and point a mobile phone camera at the TV screen?

Presumably you have a laptop/computer??? If so why not do it yourself. Loads of cheap options.
Just search for "convert video to digital". Obviously you will also need to video player.

Was actually thinking about this today, theres a place on groupon and can get 20% off with code AUTUMN i believe. You have to send off the tapes as its in London

I did some a while ago using a dvd recorder but would also be interested if any suggestions
