I know you can get a game abroad but if you're not a permanent resident do you need to set up another account or just pay as usual on your normal account?

I've also used CCleaner to see if that solves it but nothing!
I select Matches then Match Centre - it opens the next screen with a few dots flickering which you think is going to go live ....but it doesn't

When you report problems like this to a call centre, they're always quick to blame you in one way or another.
In France, paid for season long viewing. Have watched all available games this season no problems.
I do find it better on Chrome than Firefox.
