Chavs on bikes pulling wheelies on pavements and in shopping areas/arcades. Was in the Arndale centre in Manchester on Saturday and gaggle of spotty spunk-trumpets in matching nike/north face gear came riding through. Sadly they didn't come close enough for me to knock one of them off as I am sure you would see it on youtube as they were all filming it.

If I had Jedi powers I would put them to good use to lock the rear wheel, give them something to film and put on line!!
