Far too much last week, going to have a month or three of healthy living, started as soon as the plane landed last night. I've done it before, I like a swig or two but can go without when focussed/required.

Good man, i stopped drinking in 2009, never really was a big drinker, would never drink in the house. I have absolutely zero desire to ever touch alcohol again, i think i'd be sick if i tried to have a drink now.

Food = Tofu in a thai green curry with Spicy Thai rice ( with 3 birds eye chilli's in )

Beer = a few bottles of Desperado's ( will be 5 or 6 by the time i hit bed ) , not overly keen on crossing continents with beer, but its all i had in ( got a great deal in Sainsburys , pack of 12 for 8 quid, bargain, got 5 box's in )
