The decision to stand down from the cabinet but declare he would stand for re-election as an MP is astounding. Lacks the morals for cabinet office but his disturbing behaviour in regard to the rape trial and lies to cover it up are fine to represent a Welsh constituency! Is this a deluded sense of entitlement nurtured by the allies he has in the right wing of his party like Rees Mogg etc.? Or is it the disdain he has for Wales, knowing our media is London dominated, we are so compliant and accepting as a people, he knows a few weeks of Tory good news / Brexit stories from their media will be enough for him to reclaim his rightful position and put his career back on track? I only hope people see through this.
