    Re: Next Manager Odds

As long as we dont have a transfer ban im pretty certain Pulis and Hughes would take the job.

    Dont want either though.

Pauli’s got Stoke promoted to Premier League and kept them there for 7 years, also kept Palace and WBA up so 10years in PL never relegated! Also won Prem Manager of year and many Manager of Month awards and took Stoke to Cup Final. He also took Middlesbrough to Play offs last season, look at them now!
Hughes thirteen years as a Premier League Manager, with Blackburn,Manchester City,QPR,Stoke and Southampton never been relegated! And when with Southampton relegated the Jacks after 7 years in Premier League,he deserves the job because of that!
Unlike our Neil with 7 relegations! Apparently he’s now favourite for Everton job so don’t worry, we won’t get him!

Being sacked before you can relegate the club that you manage shouldn't be something positive to cling on to. Hughes was taking QPR, Stoke and Southampton down with the form that they were in. Pulis hadn't won in 10 league games when he was sacked at WBA.

As for Hughes being the favourite for the Everton job - actually, he's second favourite... behind David f**king Moyes

Ianto hangs off of Pulis balls. He always comes out with the same shite about him never being relegated and getting stoke promoted 10 years ago. May as well give Glenn Hoddle a ring he got Swindon promoted.

Nathan Jones for me. Didn’t work out for him at Stoke, but I think he has what it takes and he’ll be wanting to get his career back on track toot sweet.

How come Cookie is not on the list? I know he's got Jack heritage but I'm surprised he's not being listed.

    Jokanovic for me please

Still tours as the Professionals. Not with Steve Jones though.

Carl Robinson isn’t in the betting.(but Karl is)
I thought he spoke really well on the Blakey podcast, and did a good job in the MLS.

Jokanovic is managing in Qatar, Vincent's pockets probably wouldn't be deep enough to tempt him

He was tempted to go to Watford in the Championship from a foreign team...

Looks like the betting fraternity seem convinced it will be Neil Harris.
If correct, this clearly confirms the level of ambition at the club.

Dalman has just been on talkSPORT and now they're reporting that Neil Harris is our first choice candidate.

Ffs, hardly the more offensive style of football that Dalman referred to earlier if this is true!

    Re: Next Manager Odds

Needs to be someone the majority of fans can see has a vision and potential. Otherwise similar to slade he will never really win them over and the pressure will be on from the start.

Your first mistake was listening to anything that schmoozer says

Is it only in gambling where odds can be evens?

Completely agree with this, that’s why Warnock was the right man at the right time.

Swapping our Neil for Harris while retaining Blackwell and Jepson would underwhelm all bar the most optimistic.

They just said a more offensive manager.

Coming from Millwall he is bound to offend a few on here.

If Harris comes in and they continue to hoof it the crowd will immediately be on his back.
We need a fresh approach. Bowyer sounds like a good fit.
