Can anyone elaborate on him a bit. I haven't seen County play, so what's he about, how do his teams line up, is he a long ball type of manager or a bit of both, does he like fullbacks getting forward etc. I'm pretty sure his budget is tiny, but that's all i know.
Would the City pick anyone else in the 4th division who they'd like to manage them? No chance!
So why Mike Flynn? Oh, I know, he lives 15 miles away.
Show some feckin ambition City!

I've only seen them play in televised cup games against more reputable teams. In those games they've played with a tight back 3 and two wing-backs who get high up the pitch and put in a lot of crosses for their two strikers. Willmot (their right wing-back) always looks impressive.
They look like a 'high energy' team and put themselves about quite a bit in terms of physicality.
How they play against teams around them is possibly another matter.
