It might seem like a sensible response but it is full of holes.

1- They can’t be asked to play football? They are professional footballers who have played in the top division. Give me a break.

2- January transfer window.

3- For every NML , there is a Murphy. Pack...Vaulks. Players that can be less direct or can move with the ball in midfield.

4- If you want to make a clean break from a Warnock style, you have to start somewhere. Giving NH 3 years to compound ugly football is not the way to do that. What happens when NH leaves us with a mid table squad of limited footballers? Do we sign Paul Jewell because he is cheap and has experience with limited footballers in the lower divisons?
