My first away of the season and the numbers and the noise were brilliant
I count 1992. If you look carefully there are five stewards and I recognise at least three local pickpockets.
That might not be the exact figure though because one man is wearing sunglasses and there's a woman with a very large straw hat so I can't identify her for definite.
Another good support crowd getting behind the team
Me and the boy went up, and we met up with friends who travelled from Yorkshire to be there. I was surprised at the away following, to be honest - far more than I was expecting, but then it was Harris' first game in charge, so maybe there was a 'show of support' thing going on.
It's not too hard to get to - megabus to Victoria, Underground to North Greenwich, then a half-hour walk to the ground (stopping off at the Anchor and Hope for a couple of tidy beers). Lovely hot pies at the ground...
We've been well supported away from home at pretty much every game this season, hopefully that continues at Forest on Saturday!
