Great to watch that. It only serves to highlight where we've been lacking for many years - players making themselves available, threaded passes for the strikers to run onto, defenders who looked comfortable with the ball at their feet (I was surprised how easy Darren Purse looked with the ball!), goalkeeper able to roll the ball out to a nearby defender etc. etc.

The minimum requirement of footballers is to be comfortable with the ball at their feet. How we've been so relatively successful over the last few seasons is astonishing given that most of the team treat the football like a hot potato.

I will say that Breen was really unlucky to be sent off in that game. He was miming an elbow while talking to the linesman and didn't know Thompson was coming up behind him. Ref had no choice I suppose, but didn't really deserve that.
