Found this interesting chart on squad ages Vs minutes played.
Given that players often start to decline in their early 30s, some a lot quicker than others, it seems as though palace are going to have to have a very busy summer.

Contrast with Leicester, who have the bulk of their squad who could be there for years yet.

Without looking at our situation, I would hazard a guess that we were a lot closer to the palace chart than the Leicester one...

I've tried to copy this for the current squad (only used age year instead of the exact dates like this guy, but it gives you the idea)
We aren't in as bad a shape in this respect as I originally thought TBF.
