Yes. Rowett at Harris' former club has had to work with the squad that was left to him and moved them up from 18th to 6th.
All that without one transfer window. It can be done if there is a manager that can change up things it seems. He has taken a team who played long ball stuff and are playing good stuff.
Harris has also said he has a squad of quality so I hope to see some better football than we have seen to date in the near future.
