We have been toothless. Vaulks ...Whyte early on....Tomlin...Nelson and Morrison doing ok.....but others..... Again Hoillett is doing nothng apart from one cross into an empty six yeard box.

We can't hold the ball; merely punt it up field in the hope someone gets on the end of it. Terrible tactics and appalling performance even worse than under the previous manager.

    Really?

I’ve been watching on a dodgy stream and we have been poor :-(

Looking at the half-time statistics, we're leading them in nearly every category. Even possession

It is just boring. Like watching a Russell Slade team.

Let’s hope for a better second half 👍

    Ward on?

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

Oh wow. Ward and Bacuna on. I guess Harris doesn't care about the half-time statistics

I think Whyte had a decent half. He's strong for his size too, but won't benefit from the high ball, particularly with their big bastard marking him.

Two of the five Championship goals scored via a throw-in this season have been scored by Cardiff City, including Callum Paterson's goal against West Brom in their last game.

two goals out of about 100 long throws is not a good look

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

So we're playing a 4-3-1-2 with two of the least attacking full backs in the division? Great...

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

great ball in by Tomlin....jeepers...Richards...had time to bring it down.

  22. #47

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

    Richards...

  23. #48

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

LOL at Richards trying to kick a ball. Pelts would have scored that.

Awful effort even for a full back!

His cross to a perfectly positioned Tomlin 5 munutes earlier was equally as bad. Instead of rolling to his feet so that he can get a shot away he hits it to his head!

Yeh this might be the worst ref I've seen this season.
