A solid player but at 33, and part of an ageing back line, if this is part of a wider clear out I don't think this a bad move for anyone involved. We aren't going down, and clearly the club aren't going to go out of their way to push for a second half surge. Hopefully the rebuild has now begun.

Totally agree.
This side is not good enough to make the play off’s and if they did, we could not compete.

True Pelts is getting older but he is a fit player and our best defender. I love his attitude and professionalism. We have to rebuild the team I know, and the back line has been poor this season - but I don't include Pelts in that. Very disappointing if he is off.

Did anyone else notice that, when Mozz went off for treatment, Vaulkes slotted in at CB? Interesting. Never knew he had that in his locker. In two games v Reading he has been our best player. Granted Reading aren’t Liverpool but......
