Due to the fallout of James Travel being banned from taking football fans to matches, we have seats Ava on our coach to Luton.
07976574343 to book or for more information.
This could probably be our last ever trip, as lots cancelled due to the draconian restrictions
Can you give us a bit more info?
We’ve been affected by this as well, I trust the authorities are going to be clamping down right across the board ie race trips, Twickenham, Murrayfield excursions, skittles shoot out weekends etc. Another hit to the local economy. Train fares are bloody extortionate, pity they weren’t more reasonable, the authorities would soon be clamouring for us to revert to buses to games when faced with the situation of a few thousand fans arriving in dribs & drabs at city centre railway stations on a Saturday morning.
By the way, any chance there’s a Welsh choir bus trip to Stoke on the 22nd?
Honestly it痴 pathetic.
Selective enforcement
I'm reading between the lines here but guessing James Travel were caught with alcohol on the bus.
As Splott Parker says - I'm presuming ALL football clubs will have the same measures put in place or is it just our club being sanctioned.
Away support across the country will be slashed, and atmosphere in grounds will get even worse.
So what changed then, are the police inspecting more coaches?
You tend to have really well behaved trips.
There are well monitored, self policed, well behaved trips but, dear God, the shape of some of our fans falling off the buses by the grounds are a sight to behold. But, and it’s a massive but, these lads will now be falling out of trains in city centre stations or transit vans en route. It’s nigh on impossible to stop the, shall we say, more highly spirited of our fans but surely they’re easier to police when they’re on a recognised bus getting off near the ground rather than roaming through strange town & city centres. That happened years ago and chaos ensued.
Isn't there a way around this? Like organizing day-trips to town center train stations?
