    Re: Worse City Weather Games

Spurs at home in the FA Cup in about 2008.
Stood on the Bob bank in the constant pouring rain. Dont think it was too cold but everyone was soaked through after about 10 minutes.

    Re: Worse City Weather Games

I think this was April 2006.our last game at Gresty Road. Finished 1-1.

It might have been an earlier game.

Anyway it was blowing a hooligan.
I recall the keepers taking goal kicks that almost reached the half way line only for the ball to float back and land in the goal area it had come from.
Anyone that went and was sober ( I know.... I know) will remember it.
I'm sure. The Boss Morris was there.

Certainly windiest game I went to.

Definitely 1971. I seem to recall the gates were open at half time thinking, as did everyone else, that the game would be abandoned but sadly not given the result.
