Anyone struggling with the red button press the sky button, go to sports (not TV guide), on now, press right on the Millwall game, show multi events, select your game. Works fine

I've got Sky Q.

My daughter found a forum thread which implies it is only a problem on Sky boxes - if you have Sky Sports thru BT or Virgin, it works!
