    Went to college in manchester , they were second division when I was up there , always had great support , it never included me as I was busy watching cardiff kick around the lower leagues
    Went to Maine road in 84 as a cardiff fan

    But in those days manchester was blue and the fans were from manchester

    Unlike the other lot

    We are quite similar , man city's fans tended to come from the working class east and south side of manchester , Uniteds from Salford, urmston , money to burn areas of Cheshire and other suburbs of manchester like newport , pontypridd , Middlesex and slough
