If we ever play 3 at the back again, I wouldn't mind seeing Whyte given a go at right wing-back. His defensive qualities, work rate and stamina make him seem far more suited to that role than as a winger who is expected to chip in with goals and assists every now again (to say the very least).

Surprise, surprise no one answered this question. It would just reveal to them how crap a winger he is.

Is he really a good footballer? He's got a lot of talent, but there are so many games when he doesn't have any impact. He doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes either. He switched off at an opposition corner again on Tuesday.

He runs around a lot, so he must be good!

Well Heisenburg gave a pretty decent response over 9 hours before you posted this.
BTW I'm inclined to agree with him.

Oh not the "fans spend x amount, travel x amount, they're entitled" stuff. All those fans went because they wanted to, they spent the money because they wanted to, it's a hobby, no one's a hero for doing their hobby. If they don't want to spend £50 and be freezing and get home late on a Tuesday night, don't. I didn't, it was easy.

Great that the club has support that's willing to travel but people do it because they find it fun, don't choose to do what you enjoy with your mates and then complain and act entitled to stuff about it.

Bingo! Fans act like they are martyrs for the cause.
