The original was a belter , Clint Eastwood, an injured yankee soldier is wounded and taken in by an all women country house ....my ideal job really
Anyway hes a rotter and makes his way through several of the ladies before it all goes wrong
It's a very dark , psychological film
Anyway it was remade a few years ago with the gorgeous nicole Kidman in the leading lady role
Anyone seen it , is it worth watching ?

I think it's as I've got older I've found my attention span getting less.
I could do a couple of hour film but an epic Dearhunter or Ben Hur no way.
I even struggle watching a whole football match.
One of the few Clint Eastwood films that his character dies in.
