My boss has just come back from Japan,he is coughing and sneezing i do not think he should be in work.
It was his first day in work today arrived home yesterday.I think he is a risk.

If he's coughing and sneezing having just come back from Japan it's incredibly irresponsible of him to be in work, the Government's guidelines on it are pretty clear:
