On women in parliament it is clearly an embarrassment to Labour that the Tories have had two permanent female leaders, and most of the other parties (except UKIP and Brexit?) have had female leaders whilst they have not (Labour have had two women interim leaders) - but when it comes to party representation in the current parliament the % of women MPs is 24% for the Tories, 33% for the SNP and 51% for Labour.

I've had some strange conversations about race and racism with a few folk and I do think at times they are nit unaware of actually sounding like , or delivering racist remarks or behaviours , I suppose Its what is deemed as institutional racism, or it maybe they hide their racism and pass it off as banter ?

A female leader should really have happened by know in this modern era , within in the labour party, sadly I think the Corbyn era may have stopped this happening on this occasion , and that is a pity as Boris could have been vulnerable to a strong female opposition .

    Perhaps next time around ?

That's a fair point LOM. I remember one poster using natural born UK citizens as a synonym for white people, and he didn't seem to understand why it sounded a bit on the racist end of the scale.

You're a Rangers fan. You feel obliged to be racist and a Tory.

You've severe identity and self esteem issues. You have to hate someone.
