Everton were in the 2nd Division in the 50s. Arsenal are famously the only club to play in both the old First Division and the EPL and never be relegated. Until recently, both Stoke and Swansea were able to say they had never been relegated from the EPL. And of course now there's Bournemouth who may yet get lucky this season.
