I thought the same about the Crown , someone made me watch it and I have to say I found it an amazing piece of historical drama , try not think of the royals if your not a fan , its incredible, interesting and very enlightening, Claire Foy and Matt Smith are brilliant .
Like House of Cards I was mesmerized by the politics and binged watched it
Just finished binge watching Ozark 3
Excellent but will have to wait until early 2021 for series 4

We’re enjoying it too Dai, on series 2 at the moment. The old fella who lives with them has a story to tell no doubt in future episodes.

Extremely violent , main character after main character gets assasinated. They play this eerie music and you know it's killing time.
Outlanders is pretty good on Amazon. FREEEDOM ...
Hunters about Nazi hunters in US of A after the war . I am sure it says based on fact , must be loosely based on fact. Good entertainment.
Just to add La Casa de Papel (Money Heist) but as with Dark beet to watch with sub titles than the awful dubbed versions.
The best of the lot imo is Better Call Saul. Just brilliant.
Safe is decent based on the book by the person who wrote "The Stranger". Currently watching Homeland which so far is very good.
I preferred The Stranger to Safe. Some of the acting in Safe was a bit iffy. Very similar productions.
We’ve just finished Boardwalk Empire, Christ there’s some brutality in that.
Are all the series on Netflix or other ppvs?
Homeland is excellent .Quite thought provoking if its even a fraction close close to the truth.
If you’re on the early seasons of Homeland you’re in for a treat... it gets a little slower in later seasons but those first 2/3 series are
riveting viewing
