The Syrian refugee family we are looking after (or rather were, as we can't go and see them now of course as we are in the 70+ category) have offered to do the food shopping for us as we can't.

I really respect that you're doing that. The Syrians are suffering terribly and are not our enemy, yet a lot of the bombs dropped on Syria are British made.

The vast majority don't want to be here in reality and want to live in their own country with their wider family and friends in safety.
