I find it incredible he still has his procurement role,surely he has a conflict of interest.

I don't think you could get much more of a conflict of interest, how could anyone not think so?
I wonder how many palms have been greased during this clammer for PPE, so many UK companies trying to sell directly to NHS or GP's?
Where there is a desperate need you'll always find greed!
I do wonder where responsibility lies over matters like this ,PPE supply , testing ,performance etc Is government just the cheque writer , with little overall control to make thing happen quicker ?
