Poor bastard had been suffering for years but got little support from family and so called friends ....oh hes having a bad day again is he ? etc etc

Of course they were all saying at the funeral oh we never knew etc etc

Ignorance and prejudice will always be there , the only people worth bothering with are fellow sufferers , the doctors and supportive friends and family

One thing is for certain , following this virus many people who thought mental illness was something that happened to someone else are going to be seeking help from an already over stretched NHS , the royal college of psychiatrists have described a tsunami of referrals coming their way
