Dai Davies diagnosed with terminal cancer

Better known for his stint with Swansea but a good keeper for Wales.
Met him several times and always came across as a decent sort who just loved the game and laughed at the Dai the Drop nickname.
Thoughts with him and his family.

So very, very sad indeed. Always came across as a nice bloke. I remember him well from his days of playing in goals for Wales

Always remember his toothless smile when playing for Wales.

Not one of my favourite Welsh goalkeepers, but I agree with those who say he came across as a decent bloke - i hope he and his family can take something positive from his remaining time.

    Horrible disease.
Best wishes to him and his family.

Radio host James Whale is riddled with it too...
