Fry onions in a big pot

Add chicken chunks

Add chunks of potatoes, carrots , parsnips and a tin of garden peas

Add knorr vegetable stockpot and a pint and a half of water

Handful of mixed herbs

Salt and pepper

Simmer for 45 minutes , adding flour to thicken liquid

Leave

Then simmer for half an hour before serving with wholemeal rolls and a lump of cheese

Thats about 3 meals
