This is crazy.
In security it is generally accepted that an operator cannot successfully monitor more that 16 screens at a time. 7 or 8 people trying to monitor 450 cameras? That is insane.

Cheap, Dumb or Ludicrous Motorways yes, but in no way SMART. They are a disgrace, the expansion of them should be halted and existing ones must have the hard shoulder returned.
