He can easily beat players when running at them at pace but he doesn't seem to do it from a standing start, which has been frustrating but before MM we weren't playing to his strengths and playing him in, we were a very static team and expecting him to perform a task he isn't good at.

Agree with that.
Problem is as well Warnock and Harris very rigid with players and allowing them to express themselves. The new set up seems to work for that.
