You could struggle to get in there on Saturday. Even though the covid testing station will be closed, it's still there so car park capacity is reduced.
Not sure where you coming from there are some decent spaced park and train stations to the North of Cardiff

The NHS testing site is still there and takes up about 2/3 of all parking space. I presume parking will only be for those with permits who renewed as soon as they went on sale.
Confirmed from the ticket office by e-mail today that car parking permits are being sent out to arrive by special delivery tomorrow (Friday). Need to make sure someone is in to receive it, although it would be collectable from the sorting office later in the day or on Saturday morning if the delivery was missed.
