    Hangovers

Not sure which route to go down

    Try and be sick
    Ride it out
    Hair of dog

Either way I知 awful at drinking and even worse at hangovers

Maybe time to reassess whether the pain is worth it.

    Re: Hangovers

The easiest way to avoid a hangover that I found when I was young was to not stop drinking!!

    Re: Hangovers

A few more points and a line of coke.

Do not wallow in self pity. That痴 the worst thing you can do.

No your limits, I rarely bother these days, can’t recall the last time I had more than 4/5 pints. If I go out and stick to three I’m fine the next day, anymore I’m a bit rough. Lightweight and love it

    Rehydration, paracetamol and time.
If you've got any diarolyte have one of them.

    Hair of the dog

    Works every time
The first one is tough but after two or three your right as rain 🍻👍

    Re: Hangovers

Pint of water before bed as it's the dehydration that's the killer.

Hair of the dog is also good, unless you have to work!

A more practical help, which helped me loads back in the day, when I was a troubled drinker is Alka seltzer. Miracle cure that

My boss once asked me why I was drunk at work.
I told him I thought it fairer to have a hangover in my own time.

Maybe it痴 an age thing? Years ago I could have a three day session and be ok Monday for work. These days I feel rough after 6 or 7 pints so give up the booze.

    Re: Hangovers

Before & During: lots of water
After: lots of water, Coke or Coke Zero (flat) and a fry up.
