I might write to the athletic to ask them to make a similar video on the Cardiff city strategy of recent seasons although I suspect they may not need the full 7 minutes......

You have to admire the way they've arrived at their current position.

It is a breath of fresh air how they're approaching the Premier League too. Being given the small club blueprint of how to approach their first season, ignoring it and having a go regardless.

Seriously though, I'm a fan of the moneyball approach. We could definitely do with a bit of that.
