The lady's resignation is to do with the video. I'll stick with my original assessment that the forthcoming "inquiry" will come out with the conclusion that it was an essential business meeting (which was allowed under the regs at the time) and whilst they were all gathered at number 10 anyway, what difference would it make if they had a glass of wine and cheese and biscuits at the same time. Disposable plastic glasses and individually wrapped cheeses and biscuits were used of course so as to comply with COVID rules.

Sorry to spoil the lefty/socialist worker ‘love in’ on this thread but there is one slight problem with all this - people making anti Government comments whilst at the same time laughing at and encouraging other people on this board to break the covid rules to get entry to the stadium and other venues. Also, how many of you actually attended family and other social gatherings, during previous lockdowns and especially last Christmas, which were against the rules - quite a few I would hazard a guess. The word hypocrites comes to mind.
