You’d imagine it would only occur in the latter stages of the actual finals, we’ve only been to three and we know we got out of our groups but the games were decided before pens would have been needed. In fact in 1958 didn’t we even have a play off with Hungary during the tournament?

We did (in front of a crowd of 2k)
It was our only victory having drawn all 3 group games.
