The 'name a manger' is a red herring.

Apparently they just need to see people typing a real word to prove they are not a bot.

Although logged in on my phone I can't remember my password to log in on a new laptop. Tried typing random words and Tan but to no avail.

Try MCCARTHY in capitals.

If you are trying to reset a password or change something that requires you to enter the manager name then email me at michael@ccmb.co.uk with your request.

The 'enter the name of the manager' option is a bigger folly than the red seats and does not work.
