    Ticket office query

    Tried phoning the ticket office but doesn’t seem to be open, which is ridiculous on a match day. I was hoping someone may be able to answer my query.

    I’ve got 3 season tickets in the family stand (1 adult & 2 kids) - does anyone know whether I can just buy a single kids ticket for just for today to take one of their friends with us?

    I’m not sure if the seat next to us is free so could they reallocate us somewhere else just for todays match?

    I really don’t want to have to drive down there to be told this isn’t possible so I’ll have to make the decision not to take the friend. If only I could speak to them on the phone beforehand! But having the ticket office phone lines open on a match day to sell tickets is a stupid idea obviously!!

    Email them? They’re always very good when I’ve emailed.

    Success! Despite the recorded message saying they were closed it did actually go through to a person!

    Additional ticket purchased.
