Who was that forward, that we signed from Bristol City, who had that bad injury up there.

    Virtually finished his career ?

Just hope lightening don’t strike twice, I remember Maynard going down that night it looked like nothing and then the devastating news he was out for the season.

    Really don’t fancy this one
Rowett is Warnock light and they will be pumping balls quickly into our penalty area
They are going to beat us up much like we used to do to passy passy teams
We still need somebody to hold the ball up front

I think Simpson could come in for The Everton lad here (Nkonkou?) who looks shaky on stopping crosses

Always a tough game. Think we might get a draw. Millwall have not hit form....yet.
    1-1

Looking forward to this one despite how frustrating the last 3 have been, imo one of the better away games on offer this season on a saturday and some superb pubs knocking around London Bridge. Think we'll turn up and get the 3 points, relatively comfortable performance.

Any idea how many tickets we've sold for this?

Simpson looked shaky at times on his debut.

Can't wait really interested to see how the team reacts after their first poor home result. Let's see some bounce-back-ness.

    Match stats

    • Cardiff have won one of their last 12 away league games against Millwall (D8 L3), a 2-0 win in September 2012 under Malky Mackay.

    • After a run of five consecutive victories, Millwall lost their last home league game 1-0 against Reading. They’ve not lost back-to-back league games at the Den since April 2021.
    • Cardiff have won just one of their last seven away league games (D1 L5), beating already relegated Derby 1-0 on the final day last season.

    Better balance today I think
Allsop; Romeo, Ng, Kipre, Nkounkou; Wintle, Rinomhota, Sawyers; Philogene, Watters, Ojo.

Robinson only on the bench (isn't he recovering from a hamstring problem?)
    Where's Colwill?

No Colwill in the squad despite Steve Morison saying there were no new injuries.. Sang and Whyte among the subs.

Interesting to see how Romeo goes today after he apparently fell out with their fans over taking the knee. I expect he'll be given a rough ride from the stands.

And Steve's as honest as the day is long, so Colwill must have been dropped.

If so crazy. Along with the Watters selection.

Weird to say this but hopefully Colwill is injured as anyone who rates Whyte and Sang has no business managing a football club

starting with watters... like rumadging through the bottom of the quality street for the strawberry one... never gonna happen

2 new forwards on bench, ok ok might have a knock, then why be on the bench at all if you cant start

Don't know if you were at the Pompey game, but I thought Whyte was City's best player before he was hooked. Perhaps he could be seen in a better light in a team that tries to play a bit.

Is this your first football match?

I like Whyte, he'd probably give us more than Ojo will. Not a huge fan of Sang though.
